Developing and implementing a comprehensive CVM strategy aligned with overall business objectives. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for CVM and ensuring alignment with other departmentsData Analysis & Insights:

Leading the analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer value. This involves using various analytical techniques, including segmentation, predictive modeling, and A/B testing. Translates business questions into the appropriate visuals to facilitate data storytellingCVM Program Development & Execution:

Overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of CVM programs, which would cover actions around driving customer segments, payments and fee revenues.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Tracking and reporting on the performance of key metrics , identifying areas for improvement, and communicating results to stakeholdersTeam Management & Development:

Building, mentoring, and leading a team of analysts and specialists. Fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring team members have the skills and resources to succeedTechnical
  • Utilizes a variety of applications, such as but not limited to Qlik Sense/Tableau/Quick BI. Experience in working with multiple large complex data sets and write queries to massage data, join tables, aggregate and transform data in Qlik Sense/Tableau/Quick BI
  • Experience in using statistical computer languages (Python, R, SQL etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Applies mathematical and statistical concepts to analyze data and provide insights
  • Documents scripts and formulas used for key metrics to create business transparency and data governance

Work Experience
  • >=3 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, and data analysis
  • >=2 years of relevant experience in banking with analytics experience in CVM preferredTechnical Skills:
  • Database/Querying languages: SQL, Hive
  • Programming languages: Python
  • Data visualization: Quick BI, Qlik, Tableau

Functional Skills:

  • Consulting background with knowledge of banking processes and industries
  • Ability to analyse and derive recommendations for decision making
  • Identification of business questions and opportunities
  • Data storytelling and insights generation
