About the role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse facility in Carmona Cavite. As a key member of the Abenson Ventures, Inc.' team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our Carmona warehouse.This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company within the Retail, Transport & Logistics industry.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety and security protocols
- Manage and train a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, forklift operators, and general warehouse staff
- Analyse warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the Warehousing, Storage & Distribution industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
