RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for managing the performance of call center representatives/ agents in operations focused on developing, tracking, monitoring, coaching, analyzing and providing feedback on performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years recent experience as a Team Leader
- Proven experience managing a US Telco Sales Account
- Has experience managing both CSAT/NPS/VOC and Sales KPIs
- Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including graveyard shifts.
- Must be available to work on-site in Taguig.
