Store Audit Analyst - Quezon City

KNC Group of Company a Franchisee of Jollibee Food Corporation is seeking for a Store Audit Analyst that will ensure comprehensive audit coverage of our stores by performing operational, financial, and compliance audits.

This role bridges the gap between KNC Group's growing store investments and the audit group’s capacity, ensuring timely and effective audit execution within the required man-days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct store audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
• Review store financials, inventory management, and asset controls to identify risks and inefficiencies.
• Prepare concise and detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Support the Internal Audit Manager and Specialists in planning and prioritizing audit activities to meet coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implement process improvements.
• Provide support for special investigations or audits as directed by the Internal Audit Manager or the Executive Committee.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of store cash control, operations, inventory, and fixed asset management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple audits concurrently.
• Effective interpersonal skills for working with store staff and management.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site audits.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in internal audit or F&B store operations.
