3D Blender Graphic Artist | Project-based 3 months

About the Role

This position requires strong attention to detail, a solid working knowledge of Blender 3D, and the ability to work onsite on a night shift schedule.

• Convert 3D models between various formats and resolve compatibility issues (30%)
• Implement consistent file naming and organization (15%)
• Create and apply basic textures and materials using Blender 3D (15%)
• Collaborate with Senior 3D Artists and other team members on assigned projects (15%)
• Upload 3D assets via digital asset management platforms (15%)
• Perform quality checks, metadata tagging, and ensure proper file uploads (10%)

• At least 1 year of experience with Blender 3D software
• Ability to edit, remove, and apply textures/materials in Blender
• Experience converting and exporting various 3D file types
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and client-driven environment

• Experience with digital asset management platforms
• Previous work in BPO or offshore creative accounts
• Strong portfolio of 3D Blender projects

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Project-Based)
