SALES MANAGER

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales revenue goals, manage sales teams, and develop and execute sales strategies. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Manage the sales budget and ensure sales targets, as well as profit margins, are met.
• Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to track sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Continuously monitor market trends, best practices, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement.
• Participate in key customer meetings and manage customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, engineering or a related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Sales, preferably in a leadership position.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
