Production supervisor - engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient execution of production plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, machines, materials, and production processes to achieve productivity, quality, delivery, and safety targets while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a related manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing operations, production planning, and process improvement.
• Proficient in handling production requirements and resource allocation.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved efficiently and effectively.
• Manage production requirements, including manpower, machines, materials, and production methods/systems.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of output requirements.
• Ensure compliance with production standards, company policies, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop production personnel to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address production concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production performance, analyze issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Prepare and submit production reports and updates to management.
