QUALIFICATIONS & JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:
 Minimum 2–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a national or multi-branch organization.
 Experience managing full-cycle payroll (timekeeping, salary computation, deductions, benefits, taxes, and bonuses).
 Familiarity with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Attitude:

 Responsible, organized, and proactive.

 Problem-solving oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
 Continuous learner, staying updated on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.

 Team player who can collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
