Store Management Trainee

1. Store sellout achievements-Monthly, leading the promoter team to achieve the monthly target;
2. Complete the HQ store display audit, and submit the Store Manager Report and Visual Merchandising Report as required；
3. Inventory management Including Display units and stocks. Submit stock request on time;
4. Managing the store social media, maintain high store account engagement;
5. Sales team management, including training, work schedule, and empower your team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of store management experience in fast-paced retail environments, preferably with leading 3C digital and and smart hardware industries;
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators;
• Skills of sales data analysis is a must.
• Any Bachelors degree
