Lead Global Marketing for Australia’s Agriculture & Farming Sector
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can merge marketing mastery with a deep understanding of the agriculture and farming industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who combines strategic vision, digital fluency, brand storytelling, and a nuanced understanding of agribusiness markets and rural audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Lead Strategic Campaigns- Design integrated marketing strategies tailored to Australia’s agricultural and farming sectors, aligning brand goals with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Industry-Centric Brand Positioning- Elevate brand perception and messaging through content and campaigns that resonate with farmers, agribusiness leaders, and rural communities.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts—across digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media—with a focus on measurable performance and audience engagement.
- Work closely with Australian-based clients in the agriculture space, providing strategic direction and campaign execution across diverse farm-related products, services, and technologies.
- Leverage consumer data, industry trends, and AI-powered tools to segment audiences, forecast demand, and optimize marketing return on investment.
- Apply knowledge of smart farming, sustainability trends, and agricultural technologies to marketing strategies that anticipate client and market needs.
- 3+ years of experience in digital or brand marketing, with direct experience in agriculture, farming, or agribusiness marketing
- Strong grasp of marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta, SEO tools, etc.)
- Proven ability to create tailored marketing strategies for industry-specific audiences
- Strong understanding of rural market dynamics, seasonal cycles, and farmer behavior
- Excellent communication and client management skills, especially with Australian clients
- Ability to translate technical product features (e.g., farm equipment, agri-tech tools) into compelling customer messaging
- Experience working across borders or supporting international clients is highly preferred
- Work with industry-leading Australian clients in agriculture, agri-tech, and rural business
