Digital Marketing Associate (Programmatic) - Remote Setup

Your Role:

This role focuses on hands-on execution, optimization, and performance management of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSP platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are accurately trafficked, continuously optimized, and delivered against key performance KPIs through data-driven insights.

What you will do:

• Build, traffic, and manage programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, MediaMath, SiteImpact)
• Ensure accurate campaign setup and conduct strict pre-launch and post-launch QA checks
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, and impressions
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable optimization recommendations
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Manage campaign-related inquiries, requests, and escalations via email/Freshdesk
• Provide timely updates on campaign status and proactively flag performance issues
• Support pre-sales by creating accurate campaign estimates (avails) based on client requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising or DSP campaign management
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign lifecycle (planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting)
• Experience using DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, MediaMath, or SiteImpact
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem (RTB, bidding strategies, audience targeting)
• Proven experience in campaign optimization and performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and campaign reporting
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Willingness to work on night shifts, and must have a stable internet connection for a remote work setup
