Summary Job Description Level-2 Tech Support

Technical IT background, understanding Windows, networking + business processes relating to POS (end of day balancing, stocktaking, Bank EFTPOS & Accounting integrations).
POS experience, having worked in challenging support environments for 2 years+ & provide evidence of such.
Fluent English speaking & clear communication skills.
Flexible 40 hour weeks that span across weekends.
Technical motivation to be trained in systems upgrades, database troubleshooting.

Key Level-2 capabilities:

Extensive Knowledge on WAN infrastructure & VPN’s.
Ability to write scripts for task automation.
Ability to work & managed databases at core level, SQL & Firebird.
General high level of IT capability & ability to work unsupervised.
