Project Locations: Club Balai Isabel – Talisay, Batangas & Parañaque City

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• With or without PRC license (experience will be an advantage)
• Knowledgeable in site monitoring, project supervision, and documentation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Skilled in handling procurement coordination, contractor supervision, and engineering reports
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work and travel between project sites (Talisay, Batangas and Parañaque City)

Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of all engineering-related tasks for upcoming and ongoing projects at Club Balai Isabel and other sites in Parañaque City. The role involves site inspections, ensuring construction quality and compliance, updating progress reports, and supporting project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction progress
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor and document project activities and developments
• Prepare engineering reports, quantity estimations, and material requests
• Assist in permit processing and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support to management for decision-making
