URGENT! QA/QC MANAGER FOR ARCHITECTURAL FINISHING AND FIT-OUT WORKS

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the QA/QC plan and inspection procedures for architectural and interior works.
• Conduct and supervise quality inspections for finishing, joinery, glass and aluminum, ceiling, flooring, and MEPF coordination.
• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups prior to installation.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specification, design intent, and international standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, checklists, punch lists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Lead the snagging and de-snagging process during project turnover and handover to clients. Coordinate closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct site audits and quality meetings to ensure continues improvement and strict adherence to standards.
• Oversee QA/QC Engineers and Site Inspectors, providing guidance and ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist in handover documentation, including quality dossiers and warranty certifications.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC)
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC for architectural finishes and fit-out works, particularly in high-end condominiums or luxury residential projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, detailing, finishing techniques, and interior fit-out systems.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and inspection & test plans (ITPs)
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and digital QA/QC documentation tools
• Strong understanding of NBCP, DPWH standards, and local building codes
• Willing to be assigned in Guadalupe, Cebu

Preferred Experience:

• Experience to premium residential towers, luxury villas, or mixed used high-end projects
• Familiarity with imported finishing materials (stone, glass, metal, veneer, specialty coatings, etc.)
• Experience in turnover quality management, punch list close-out, and client handover
• Experience working with architectural and interior design consultants
