• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content publishing
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with SEO best practices; AEO knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

• Develop a strong understanding of ePublishing platform to support internal teams
• Assist in implementation tasks related to ePublishing projects
• Provide SEO-driven recommendations to improve site rankings and visibility
• Load brand article content into the CMS with accuracy and consistency
• Upload and manage monthly digital content such as events, polls, and other assets
• Apply AEO best practices when structuring and loading content (preferred)
• Maintain and update site taxonomy, static pages, resources, and partner content
• Monitor websites regularly to ensure content accuracy, freshness, and error-free performance
