Software Programmer

Location : Canduman, Mandaue City, Cebu

• Software Development: Design, code, test, and deploy robust applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
• System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security
• Code Quality: Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high coding standards
• Problem Solving: Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT Project Manager, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and applications
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional programming experience.
• Proven track record in software design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in mobile development both Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Understanding of API development and microservices architecture.
• Competence in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving technology environments.

• Programming Expertise: Advanced proficiency in multiple languages (C#, PHP, ASP Core, HTML, JavaScript)
• System Architecture: Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and optimization techniques
• Cloud & DevOps: Competence in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Security Awareness: Knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation
• Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions
• Troubleshooting: Strong debugging skills across platforms and environments.
