Position: German IT Solution Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Php 90,000
Industry: IT Service Provider
Work Set up: Hybrid (2 days work from home and 3 days onsite a week)

Work Schedule: Mid-shift schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ⦿ Filipino Nationals who can speak, read and write in German

⦿ Open to foreign nationals with permanent resident in the Philippines
⦿ Open to graduates or undergraduates of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
⦿ At least 6 months to 1 year in IT Support, Service/Help Desk experience.

⦿ Knowledge in Microsoft 365 or any Networking fundamentals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ⦿ Provide IT assistance to users via phone, email, or chat in German or English vice versa

⦿ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
⦿ Guide users through step-by-step solutions
⦿ Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support
⦿ Handle user concerns or complaints calmly and efficiently

⦿ Provide guidance on common software issues.
