CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining good relations with customers, locate their concerns, suggestions and comments; and be a channel in resolving customer complaints to gain total customer satisfaction.
- Support of CS performance and reports from branches and dealer assigned zone.
- Conduct dealer’s audit, submission of audit findings to CS management and make improvement recommendations with follow-up action plans.
- Handle Sales and Service activities (thru SMS Blasts) and other seasonal promo.
- In charge of online booking daily responses, MI Star monthly compilation and announcement.
- Provide other administrative support to ensure smooth operation in Customer Service Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College degree holder.
- With at least 1-2 years in administrative, customer service or operational function.
- With positive attitude, reliable and well-adjusted to a diverse and fast-paced working environment.
- With strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
