Payroll System Support - Payroll Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and other related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in accounting software (ABSS, Quickbooks, POS, SAP, etc.)
• Preferably with experience in payroll.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be an effective problem solver.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be willing to do field work.
