Minimum Requirements:

• A graduate of any 4 years course.
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience as warehouse staff, checker or other warehousing exposure, preferably manufacturing industry.
• Preferably knows how to operate forklift both Manual and automatic, but not really a requirement.
• Experience in conducting physical inventory.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in excel, powerpoint and word.
• Detail oriented and can work with less supervision.
• Assigned at Maybunga, Pasig City.

Responsibilities:

• Receives documents from other department related to inbound, outbound and inventory process.
• Delegate tasks to forklift operators.
• Planning and scheduling of tasks assignments.
• Checking, processing and clearing of outbound, inbound and inventory movements in the warehouse at all times.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organize to ensure safety.
• Checking of tags, boards code, location and storage of boards.
• Keeps inventory records of the movement of goods in and out of the company.
• Submission of required reports related to outbound, inbound and inventory process.
• Ensure all released items coincide with the Sales Invoice and/or Delivery receipt, including other documents that is use for stock movements.
• Validates the correctness and completeness of the stocks prepared to serve the orders in terms of product description, visible quality and quantity, including signatories prior loading of stocks to delivery vehicle or vehicle to pick up the items.
• Ensure acknowledgement/ signature of the of driver or customers.
• Endorse all necessary documents such as Delivery Slip, and/or Sales Invoice to Sales Support for timely execution for out-of-stocks and back-order checking.
• Give feedback to sales support for any issues concerning delivery, including backload and non-acceptance of clients.
• Reports to Inventory Controller and Cycle counter on Inventory levels.
• Reports to warehouse supervisor on partially completed deliveries.
• Keeping the warehouse free from hazards.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement as required.
• Responsible for identifying the root-cause of all inventory adjustment.
• Responsible for warehouse optimization.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time.
