What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence
- Providing general administrative support, including booking meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining office supplies
- Handling inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining a neat and tidy reception area to create a positive first impression
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
