About the role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our growing team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Santa Maria, Bulacan. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our various equipment and systems.

What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot and repair a variety of technical equipment and systems
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols
Provide technical guidance and training to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician, preferably in a similar industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
