Marketing Intern (Unpaid Internship)

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern (OJT) to support our telemarketing and lead generation efforts. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales outreach, customer engagement, and CRM management. This is an unpaid internship intended for students completing their required on-the-job training (OJT).

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
• Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant customer information.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Follow up with prospects as assigned.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks when needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree program.
• Must be endorsed by their school for OJT/internship.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn and receive coaching.
• Can commit to the required internship hours set by the school.

• Practical experience in telemarketing and lead generation.
• Exposure to CRM systems and sales processes.
• Communication and customer engagement skills.
• Mentorship and hands-on training from experienced professionals.
• Certificate of Completion and performance evaluation upon successful completion of the internship.
