What You’ll Do:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining and reviewing financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
• Invoice and Payment Processing: Creating, processing, and managing invoices, bills, and payments.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts with the general ledger and resolving discrepancies.
• Reporting: Preparing financial reports, including monthly accounts closures, and assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, including tax regulations and internal policies.
• Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing accurate and organized records.
• Communication: Interacting with clients, vendors, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential financial risks and irregularities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably with supervisory experience in General Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
