Affiliate Marketing Manager - Quezon City

We're Hiring: Affiliate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead the development and expansion of our affiliate program for ENCER — a brand focused on supporting individuals recovering from cancer-related fatigue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage our affiliate program from the ground up (or optimize our existing setup).
• Work with affiliate platforms such as Impact and Awin.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners in the wellness, supplement, and health sectors.
• Handle day-to-day communications with affiliates, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with program terms.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost affiliate engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to deliver branded assets, campaigns, and promotions.
• Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance data and optimize accordingly.
• Assist in developing paid affiliate and influencer media partnerships when relevant.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate program management.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Impact, Awin, or similar.
• Strong network or experience working with affiliates in health, wellness, supplements, and eCommerce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
