Part-Time Recruiter (Remote/Dayshift)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to support our recruitment. This role will focus on recruitment support including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You may also assist in other HR-related tasks as needed.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (updates, requirements, follow-ups)
• Assist in job posting creation and basic talent mapping when needed
• Support other HR tasks and administrative duties as assigned

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and basic screening techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
