Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Data & AI

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and sales-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Data & AI practice through online outreach and lead generation.

This role is focused mainly on written communication and digital prospecting. No voice calls are required at the beginning stage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn and other online platforms
• Identify and connect with potential clients who may need Data & AI solutions
• Send personalized messages to generate interest and conversations
• Nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication
• Set qualified meetings for senior sales or consulting teams
• Track outreach activity using CRM tools

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills
• Smart, analytical, and able to think independently
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools
• Sales-oriented mindset with interest in outreach and lead generation
• Organized, persistent, and detail-focused
• Experience in sales, SDR, or business development is an advantage
• Open to fresh graduates with strong communication and learning ability

Work Setup: Onsite / Full-time
