HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, building strong relationships with leaders and employees to support business goals and enhance overall employee experience
- Partner closely with leaders to provide proactive, practical advice on people matters, including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives, including regular check-ins, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building programs tailored to the Manila office
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention strategies aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with leaders to identify engagement opportunities, address concerns, and implement actions that improve morale, productivity, and team dynamics
- Support the delivery of the company’s people strategy across recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation management, regular check-ins, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Continuously review and improve HR processes, policies, and practices to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business alignment
- Manage HR queries and provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to employees and leaders
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
- Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and approachable style
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in a BPO or multinational organisation is highly preferred
