Treasury Associate
- Receives payment by cash, checks, automatic debits and credit memos.
- On time issuance of Provisional Receipt, Collection Receipt, Sales Invoice and Official Receipt upon receipt of collections and cleared deposits.
- To be able to deposit all collections (cash and check) within the cut-off time of the banks.
- To observe accurate Daily Collection Report to Cashier Officer.
- To observe accurate Daily Deposit Report to Cashier Officer.
- Observe accuracy in the tagging and recording of the payment through General Inquiry System especially Receipting of payments.
- Filing of Official Receipts/Provisional Receipts per customer’s ledger card.
- Ensure that Petty cash fund, marketing fund, revolving fund are reconciled daily and the cash portion of the fund will be safekept in the vault.
- Responsible for tagging of collection in excel monitoring.
- SAP entry of collection of (Utility bill, waterworks, maintenance dues, and operational collections).
