Quality Assurance Junior Officer

SUMMARY

You’ll work closely with production and support teams to make sure our products consistently meet both company and regulatory standards.

1. Oversee daily quality assurance operations, including monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (GMP, sanitation protocols, etc)
2. Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
3. Identify quality issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing or production environment
3. Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
4. Detail-oriented with good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
5. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
