Company nurse

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in nursing
• Must be a registered nurse
• With at least 2 years of nursing work experience (which includes at least a year of work experience in a tertiary hospital)
• Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides First Aid on injured employees and, if necessary, brings them to hospitals for further care.
• Maintains and monitors employees' individual health records, manages medicine inventory, and provides employees with valuable health tips and health alerts through the bulletin board postings
• Accompanies employees to doctor's clinic on specialist visits during normal times
• Responsible for Employee Absences and Sickness Monitoring and Tracking.
• Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
• Investigates and analyzes injury trends, researches possible occupational hazards, and collaborates with safety officer.
• Responsible for submission of Accident Report and other company-required reports per month
• Responsible for coordination and facilitation of Annual Physical Exam.
• Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of HR, including general clerical tasks, attendance encoding for payroll, sanitation-related matters and other administrative duties as required.

Applicants must be willing to work in Valenzuela City on a Monday-to-Saturday basis. Lunch is provided in-house.
