Investment Operations Analyst (US Wealth Management, Office-based)

Work Setup: Office - basedWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (9PM - 6AM/10PM - 7AM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 4+ years of experience on a similar role
- Expertise in investment principles, asset allocation and portfolio management.
- Background in banking and/or financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Excel VBA is a plus for tasks involving automation and streamlining coding processes.

What will you do?
Client Reporting & Presentations:
- Draft and update client investment presentations, encompassing performance reports and market analysis.
- Maintain and update forecasting models for private investment portfolio.
Investment Database & Performance Monitoring:
- Manage the Private Investment Database, ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation and asset value tracking.
Portfolio Analysis, Management & Modeling:
- Perform diagnostic analysis and create rebalancing plans on client portfolios and execute Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment.
Investment Compliance & Operations:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC.
- Coordinate with custodians for accurate cost basis reconciliation.
- Manage private investment subscriptions and account openings.
