Job Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and drive sales growth for E-vantage Motors Inc., the authorized dealership of Denza. This role leads integrated marketing campaigns that promote dealership vehicles, services, and events across digital and traditional platforms, increases showroom traffic and customer engagement, and ensures consistent brand representation aligned with Denza’s premium standards.The position works closely with sales and aftersales teams to support revenue targets, manages marketing budgets and partnerships, and oversees promotional activities that enhance the dealership’s market presence and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an automotive dealership, retail, or premium brand environment
- Proven experience in executing campaigns that drive sales and showroom traffic
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and marketing analytics
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional demeanor aligned with premium automotive brand standards
