Reports to: Foreman/Leadman
Job Description:- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and warehouse personnel as needed.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, waste, and potential hazards. • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to designated work areas. • Follow all safety guidelines, worksite regulations, and company policies.
- Perform general labor and other related duties as assigned by supervisors
- Elementary school graduate or undergraduate (must be able to read and write).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and handling heavy materials.
- Willing to perform manual and repetitive tasks in various weather and site conditions. • Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- No prior experience required; willingness to be trained is essential
