Sales Development Representative

Job Description
  • Execute end‑to‑end outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and account research
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers, including executives, founders, and operations leaders
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations, clearly positioning value propositions
  • Convert prospects into qualified meetings, discovery calls, and sales opportunities
  • Build and manage a structured CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-ups, and data integrity
  • Perform market research, account mapping, and industry analysis to support lead generation efforts
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity levels across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, targeting, and pipeline development strategies
  • Represent the organization professionally in all client-facing interactions
  • Continuously improve prospecting strategies, messaging, and conversion performance
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–4+ years of professional experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or business development roles
  • Proven experience executing high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Hands‑on experience engaging senior decision-makers and qualifying opportunities across B2B sales cycles
  • Strong experience managing CRM systems, including pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Experience working with dialers, including ViciDial, Nuacom, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and discovery processes
  • Ability to manage structured outreach workflows and meet pipeline generation targets
  • Experience supporting services, staffing, or workforce solutions environments, considered an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for executive-level conversations
  • Confident and professional communication style with a consultative approach
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through capability
  • Self-driven mindset with ability to work independently and maintain performance targets
  • Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
