• Conduct fitness consultations and movement assessments
• Design customized workout and nutrition programs
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group training sessions
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing motivation
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention
• Promote and sell personal training programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive gym environment
• Stay updated with fitness trends and coaching techniques

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Energetic, professional, and client-focused attitude
• Background in Personal Training, Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field is an advantage
• Personal Training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Applicants with freelancing or independent coaching experience are encouraged to apply
