Role Responsibilities- Design, build, and support ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise data platforms in a managed services environment.
- Develop data ingestion and integration solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Informatica.
- Perform query, pipeline, and platform performance optimization and support operational stability.
- Manage data platform objects, integrations with cloud services, and support production monitoring and issue resolution.
- Senior Associate: Lead solution design, drive best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong oral and written English proficiency.
- Experience by level:
- Associate / Experienced Associate: 0–1+ year relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome for Associate).
- Senior Associate: 3+ years relevant data engineering experience with demonstrated ownership.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following:
- Snowflake (Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, performance tuning).
- Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake).
- Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS).
- Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency (basic to advanced, depending on level).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, or ADF.
