Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Building Maintenance Officer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s office, warehouse, equipment, and building systems are safe, functional, and properly maintained.

This position does not require a PRC license.

• Conduct regular inspection of building facilities, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning units, and other maintenance areas.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repair work when needed.
• Monitor and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and properly functioning.
• Assist in monitoring utilities, maintenance supplies, and equipment condition.
• Prepare maintenance reports, repair requests, and related documentation.
• Support admin and operations teams for facility-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and housekeeping standards.

• Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Technology, Building Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or any related course.
• No license required.
• Experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, or general repair work is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and facility systems is preferred.
• Must be hands-on, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
