- 3 to 5 years of experience in Change Management roles
- A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice

- Analyzing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change

- Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organizational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
- Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
- Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
- Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project
