Customer Care for Telecommunications Account (Non-Voice)

This is a full-time customer care role for a leading telecommunications company. Based in Cebu, Central Visayas, this non-voice position will have you assisting customers through various digital channels. You'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing responsive and efficient support to customers through digital channels such as chat, email and social media
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner
• Educating customers on the company's products, services and policies
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer journeys
• Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills

• HS/SHS Graduate
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
