About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Customer Support Associate to join our growing team at VV Business Solutions, Inc' in Antipolo City, Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients through various non-voice communication channels.With a flexible dayshift schedule and weekends off, this role offers a great work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and ticketing systems in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document all necessary information
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
- Actively participate in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively address customer inquiries
- Proficient in using various customer service tools and software applications
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
