SALES BOOKING ASSISTANT - LIPA

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and updating inventory records, preparing reports such as daily sales and booking reports, evaluating accounts for booking, and monitoring accounts prior to turnover to the Account Management team. This role supports sales operations by ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist sales personnel with account processing for booking and closing transactions
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and monitor sales documentation
• Assist sellers in collecting buyers’ documents and completing pending transactions
• Coordinate with clients regarding account requirements and assist in negotiating cancelled accounts
• Disseminate relevant updates, information, and project details to clients and stakeholders
• Entertain and accommodate client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare sales proposals and other related correspondence

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course, preferably with a major in Marketing
• With experience in Sales and Marketing transactions
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with strong presentation abilities
• To be assigned in Nuvista Lipa Sales Office, Antipolo Del Norte
