Social Media Marketing In-Charge (with Website Management Responsibilities)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for campaigns and visual content.
- Track and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
Content Marketing:
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Write or supervise content for blogs, email newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
Website Management:
- Update website content regularly (banners, product listings, blog posts, landing pages).
- Collaborate with developers or use CMS (like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix) to make design and functionality improvements.
- Ensure website SEO best practices are followed for all content.
- Monitor site performance, traffic, and user experience via Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Troubleshoot basic website issues or coordinate with IT/development team for fixes.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid ads on social and search platforms.
- Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for partnerships.
- Support event promotion and brand launches online.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications or Marketing
- One to Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Website Management, Data Collection and Analysis
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Attention to Details
- Self-Motivated
- Creative Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience with Major Social Media Platforms
- Knowledge and skills in graphics designing is an advantage
