CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? We’re seeking Customer Service Reps to support our customers before, during, and after their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sale assistance through chat tools—explain products, promotions, and usage.
  • Track and update order status, solving customer concerns in real-time.
  • Handle returns, complaints, and after-sales issues with care and professionalism.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service and products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and typing skills (≥60 wpm).
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
