Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sale assistance through chat tools—explain products, promotions, and usage.
- Track and update order status, solving customer concerns in real-time.
- Handle returns, complaints, and after-sales issues with care and professionalism.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service and products.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and typing skills (≥60 wpm).
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
