Megapix Solutions is looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Executive who can lead, drive revenue, and scale our sales operations in the fields of:

CCTV & Security Systems
FDAS (Fire Detection & Alarm System)
Software and Hardware Solutions
Enterprise Wi-Fi & Network Infrastructure
Smart Door Locks & Access Control

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and manage corporate / B2B clients (SMEs, enterprises, institutions)
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals
Understand client requirements and recommend IT / business solutions
Coordinate with technical, purchasing, and operations teams
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow through until closing
Build long-term client relationships
Hit quarterly sales targets

Required Experience & Skills:

2–5+ years B2B / corporate sales experience
Proven experience dealing with decision-makers (Managers, IT Heads, Manintenance Heads, Procurement)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Background in IT, tech, or solutions selling is a strong advantage

Qualification:

Experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or solution selling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in meeting clients and presenting solutions
Highly motivated and target-driven
Willing to conduct field work and client meetings
Existing industry connections are a major advantage
