• Salary: PHP40,000 – PHP50,000 (Based on experience) + Commission + Bonuses

The Opportunity

This is a pure outbound role - your job is to identify potential clients, reach out, and secure quality appointments for our directors to take forward. You will need to be someone who gets things done, takes ownership of your pipeline, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Prospect Australian businesses through cold calls, LinkedIn and email
• Start real conversations and introduce our services
• Qualify interest and book appointments directly into the directors' calendars
• Keep track of outreach, follow-ups and progress in the CRM
• Hit weekly activity and booking targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English — near-native fluency is a must
• Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting
• Any experience working for Outsourcing or Australian companies would be beneficial
• Confidence to speak with business owners and senior leaders
• Independent, proactive and able to manage your own workflow
• A no-excuses, results-oriented mindset
