Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collateral Product Strategy & Vision:
  • nd execute the product strategy for collateral-based products (such as asset-backed loans, ORCR Sangla, and car financing).
  • Create and maintain a long-term product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer demands to inform product innovations and improvements.
  1. Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
  • Lead the design and development of collateral products, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and profitable.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with thDevelop ae operations, sales, and legal teams to ensure smooth product deployment and compliance with applicable regulations.
  1. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers and specialists, providing clear direction, support, and professional development.
  • Foster collaboration across departments, including marketing, sales, risk, legal, and IT, to ensure product alignment with company strategy.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal teams regarding collateral product development, strategy, and performance.
  1. Customer & Market Insights:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and product expectations for collateral-based services.
  • Gather feedback from clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure the products comply with the latest standards and market expectations.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of collateral products.
  • Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and financial outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular product updates to senior management, highlighting product successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  1. Go-to-Market & Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for collateral products.
  • Ensure that collateral products are effectively promoted, understood by customers, and supported by appropriate sales collateral and training.
  • Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and value propositions to ensure they are well-equipped to sell collateral products.
  1. Risk & Compliance Management:
  • Ensure that all collateral products meet legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory changes or challenges that impact product offerings.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks associated with collateral-based lending and financing.
  1. Budget & Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage the budget for collateral product development, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic goals.
  • Monitor and optimize costs to ensure profitability while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, specifically focused on collateral, asset-backed lending, or financing products.
  • Strong understanding of collateral management, asset-backed financing, and the regulatory landscape governing such products.
  • Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and financial reports to guide product decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
