The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate from a relevant program in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Your Daily Tasks
Customer Support & Interaction- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.
- Lead and conduct office tours for clients, prospective partners, and visitors.
- Provide a seamless, high-quality client experience by addressing inquiries and needs in person or over the phone.
- Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Resolve client or visitor concerns or complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, events, and initiatives to provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth workflows.
- Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Monitor visitor traffic and maintain proper documentation, including guest logs and visitor badges.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent client experience and smooth office operations.
- Help deliver a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Organize and support company events and initiatives that enhance the visitor experience.
- Uphold a positive, brand-aligned tone in every interaction.
- Perform administrative and non-administrative tasks as assigned by company representatives through written or verbal instructions.
