Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱75,000 per month (Base salary + premium for Video skills)

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila Time)

Location: Remote / Work from Home

The Role

We are seeking a specialist Real Estate Photo Retoucher to give our property listings a high-luxury finish.

This is primarily a photo-focused position. We use AI services for the initial HDR bracket blending; your role is to take those files and perform the expert-level retouching that AI can't do—perfecting colors, removing distractions, and ensuring the final image looks premium.

• High-End Retouching: Professional-level color correction, fixing wall/ceiling discolorations, grass repair, sky replacements, and object removal/decluttering using traditional photo editing software as well as AI photo editing tools.
• Daily Deliverables: This role requires a next-day turnaround. You must be online and active during office hours to receive the day’s assignments and deliver them by the end of your shift.
• AI Enhancement: Utilize various AI photo alteration tools to speed up workflows and enhance image quality. (All software/AI subscriptions will be provided for you).
• Video (Optional Bonus): If you are also skilled in creating fast-paced, creative Instagram Reels with AI effects and trending music, you will be eligible for the higher end of the salary range.

• Specific Real Estate Experience: A proven portfolio showing you understand real estate aesthetics (true-to-life colors, clean lines, and luxury presentation).
• AI Tool Fluency: Experience using general AI photo alteration and enhancement tools to achieve high-quality results.
• Strict Reliability: You must be "in the office" starting at 9:00 AM Manila time. A stable internet connection and a reliable power backup (UPS/Power Station) are non-negotiable.
• Organization: Ability to manage a steady daily volume of photos with high attention to detail.

• ₱50,000 – ₱60,000: Expert Photo Retouching specialist.
• ₱60,000 – ₱75,000: Expert Photo Retouching + Talented Vertical Video/Reels Editor.
• Full software support (We pay for your tools).
• Consistent, full-time remote work with a Hawaii-based creative lead.
