Electrical Engineer- Site Coordinator

We're Hiring: On-Site Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on preparing electrical designs for various projects.
• Plan and prepare the tools and materials needed for projects, coordinating procurement and logistics for timely delivery.
• Lead day-to-day on-site operations in harmony with multiple teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, working closely with the engineering team to resolve challenges.
• Uphold and enforce company safety and quality standards across all site operations.
• Participate in site visits with potential clients and contribute to cost estimation for new projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including sizing of conductors and breakers.
• Familiarity with piping, ducting, and cable pulling processes.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workloads.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience with solar systems is an advantage but not required.
